I really enjoy my work as a therapist. For 17 years, I have joined women, men, and couples on their journey toward a more peaceful and connected life. It is truly a privilege to be with my clients through a process of transforming their relationships with others as well as with themselves.

My Approach

Therapy should be an experience where you can be yourself, fully and without apology. I aim to create a safe, honest, and comfortable space where growth and change can happen. Tools and strategies can help you feel better now. In order to see lasting change, we also work on understanding and disrupting patterns. I strive to get to the root of the problem, using therapy models of EMDR and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) so that we can collaborate toward true change.
